INDUSTRIAL CARTRIDGE DUST COLLECTION SYSTEMS
The NEW! V Series dust collector is UAS' most verstile and economical
solution for capturing dust and dry pollutants. Available in three
configurations: an intergrated Downdraft Bench, a Portable Unit with
Swing Arm and Free Standing System.
The compact,
self-cleaning BDC Series has an advanced system that utilizes a
pulse-jet cleaning system that effectively "pulse-off" the captured
dust and cleans the filter while the system stays on-line.
Ideal for low headroom applications, the BDC's compact design greatly
reduces the amount of valuable floor space while providing up to 1,640
sq./ft of media at 99.9%+ filtration efficiency.
The MCB Series is a self-contained dust collection system that provides
high-filtration efficiency, freedom from source capture obstructions
and easy maintenance. While workers benefit from complete freedom of
movement, these units remove fine airborne dust resulting from a
variety of finishing operations.
With its wide range of
industrial dust collection applications, the high performance and
advanced technology SFC Series is ideal for filtering polluted air that
commonly occurs within a manufacturing environment.
At any point along the cartridge filter, the SFC unit provides 25% greater pulse cleaning powder vs. competition.
These ceiling hung units are ideal for capturing welding smoke, fumes,
dust or powders, in plants that don’t have space for a large cleaning
unit on the factory floor. The SCA Model is an airborne or ambient
collection unit that is the perfect choice for applications where swing
arms are impractical. The SCB Model utilizes two Swing Arms to
effectively capture contaminants at the source.
